It reads pull requests in GitHub and the board in Shortcut, Jira or Linear, finds the few items that need a human decision, gives the developer the first nudge, and escalates to the manager only what stays stuck. Each developer gets a personal heads-up on their own stuck items, for example an approved pull request waiting to merge or a story left in Ready for Review after the merge, with one concise suggestion and the source linked, before any manager sees anything.
The manager sees only what survived the developer window, with the reason it matters and the follow-up already drafted. A weekly recap rolls up the chain.
One click turns an item into an editable message sent to the right person as the manager, not from a bot. Items for the same person group into one message, and replies feed the next digest.
Keep ShakaFlow in the thread and ask what the digest did not cover: what exactly is blocking this, who owns it, how long has it been open. Your own AI agent (Claude today) can also query squad data through MCP.
